All Seasons VT Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit counseling and retreat center located in Cabot, Vermont. Israel Helfand and his wife Cathie founded Danbury Personal Counseling in 1984, in Connecticut, and in 1993 they moved to Vermont and founded Four Seasons Healing, Inc. to provide personal, business, and marriage counseling. In 2004 the corporate name was changed to All Seasons VT, Inc.
All retreats are facilitated at the lovely 1850s farmstead in Cabot, Vermont. All Seasons offers several services, beyond the Marriage Quest Retreats. Because complexities exist in many different kinds of relationships the Helfands also work with corporate groups, family-run business groups, and intact teams to enhance productivity and build leadership skills.
